[2018-05-12] A trip Around Sweden With my Good Old Friend Daniel!

Been on a trip with my old friend Daniel a week ago where I helped out with his tent business Nordic Stretch Tents . We had a wonderful time together and had a lot of quality time to catch up as it's been a long time since last. It was a lot of work but well worth it as we visited some really beautiful places, a golf course, a super secret estate in Stockholm and some camping in the forest...
The first stop was a restaurant where we set up a tent for the summer season. The chef put together a special salad for me as I don't eat any salt. nomnomnom!:D
A moose on the loose...
Arrived at the second stop a beautiful golf course which also served great food in Järna a real nice alternative town in Sweden...
Arrived at Lidingö, a beautiful area of Stockholm and the perfect camping spot...
A morning bathe, quite cold but so refreshing...
Ending the trip with a beer in the sun on Lidingö...

A relax from all the hectic life we had. A good friend , beer and a good place to spend the days. I wish i could be having this kind of life soon,hahah. Btw moose on the loose is worrying cause dont knowwhomwill hiy on them.
Here I thought all the moose were where I live in Canada! Love the salad too!

No salt at all? How do you get enough sodium or iodine?
If I am going to read a book I prefer one that has withstood the test of time as well.
That's what made me wonder too.What could be his source of sodium then?🤔
perhaps he eats plenty of kelp or other sea vegetables, that has iodine, or maybe it is all those chocolate covered coffee beans.
It would take a lot of those products to fulfill daily demand of grown man.Anyway thanks for answering my question.
Our bodies don't need much tbh they are highly advance and quite self suffiecient when in balance...one doesn't need inrgoanci salt at all (table salt, haimalaya, sea salt) but organic in vegs, greens, fruit etc). Been free from this drug since 2016 and never looked back^^
which vegetables are high in sodium? Are you sure those chocolate covered coffee beans are not keeping you alive?
