Hard fork 20 will increase the steem rate or not?

Since many time steem value i dropping day by day. Now we all waiting for big news in steem that can help steem to get up.

I can't imagine that steem was goes to 0.69$ usd yesterday. It is very low prize. And i think this is good time to buy steem as well and power up.

So this is market and in market, you see up and down and it is not a major problem. It is like a life you can see many up and down in our life too.

So don't take a tension and power up now because steemit have bright future and it is the next big one. It is going to become a number 1 social media in the world .

Anyway now i have a question for you and i need your opinion..
