Admin is planning something special for community members but that information will be released on Sunday when the daily news is posted. Like the heading says, watch out.

Expiring Leased SP – Action Taken

Admin has sponsored the extension of our 1,201 SP lease by a week and costing 6.03 Steem, but unfortunately the user that leased the SP to the community canceled the lease, so we had 7.753 Steem returned to us. Admin therefore put an offer to lease 400 SP for 4 weeks at a cost of 7.921 Steem we hope this will be taken soon.

We continue to hope that assistance will come our way to further extend other leases before they expire. The second lease of 4,005 SP with a cost of 80.808 Steem for 4 weeks will be expiring in 3 days from now. We may allow it to expire if no assistance comes our way, but we will be leasing our SPs in smaller multiple chunks that are spaced to allow for easy of renewal from now on. The best of it is getting delegators as they can replace leased SP. I do believe we are making all efforts to spread the message of the community as growth for the community is growth for all. Admin has been sponsoring post promotion through bid-bots to further bring to light our community, as I highlight previously, we are the best promotion the community can get, we acknowledge the job of all those that have written about us and sold the idea to their friends and family, we are encouraged to continue upvoting the daily post and weekly report so that we gain more exposure and earn more rewards to grow further. Membership Upgrade – Something You Need To Consider – Less Than 3 Days To Go

We have less than a 3 DAYS to the end of the early bird boosted upvote gift after which everyone will be returned to their normal upvote level. This is the time for you to build up and upgrade your SP delegation so you won’t suffer massive upvote decline when the free gift ends.

Lowered SP

You may have noticed that the value of your upvote dropped from this morning, this was because one of our members undelegated 1000 SP and this dropped our Voting Power to about 72%. Not to worry it wasn’t in a bad light, as you all know members can delegate and undelegate at their own accord as they have the power and right to do as they wish and we can’t question them when they take such action.

Admin is monitoring our Voting Power level, a stop voting was set at 70% right from inception of the community and this was to maximize the voting weight, though we have mostly remained in the 80% to 90% range. If any action needs to be taken to improve our voting weight based on the lowered SP then members will be informed in a post.

Further Explanation About The Voting Weight

Our Voting Weight as at the time of sending this post stands at 74.56% which means a full upvote will deliver $0.30 in upvote reward. With a Total of 13,270.76 SP, a 100% Voting Weight will deliver an upvote of $0.39. You can see that we are not maximizing our voting power. That is why admin is monitoring it, if there is a need to stop voting for some hours to regain at least 90% voting power then everybody will be informed in a post. Admin would prefer that we continued until Monday when adjustments on individual voting weight is made but because we are leasing SP, making use of it the best way we can is also important. For now we just keep monitoring the Voting Weight if it doesn’t go below 70 then we are good till Monday.

Membership @upvotebuilders is by DELEGATION ONLY, it is not a paid for community. If you want to sponsor the community you can freely delegate SP to us and specify that it is for sponsorship or you can send us Steem/SBD to lease more SP. Our sponsors don’t receive upvotes from the community account except they specifically want to be a member and also sponsor the community in the way they feel best for them.

• Click on "Tools" and then "Delegation Manager".

• Enter your username without "@" symbol as Delegator name.

• Click on "Load" button.

• Write "upvotebuilders" as Delegatee name.

• Enter amount as Steem Power.

• Steemconnect page will open and now you should click on "Continue" button to approve delegation.
