When deciding about current future of STEEM (WPS), do NOT forget about the one thing, please.

Hey people of STEEM Blockchain, hope you're doing good and acting smart.

As we already know, there are few big things going on and it's on us, the community, to get to know more about them and try to help in any way possible.

You may know already but in this post, I will talk about already famous Worker Proposal System that was proposed my @blocktrades.

Essentialy, this is a system where individuals/groups of people will be rewarded for doing work for our lovely STEEM blockchain in hope to bring more real value to it.

If you're following this story, and you really should if you aren't, then you might already know that we are now voting for two proposals:

• a proposal system that only receives funds from donations

• I prefer a proposal system that receives funds from donatations and ALSO receives funds by redirecting from existing inflation sources (no new inflation would be added to the system).

Please, go and check out the latest post by @blocktrades and try to research as much as you can so that you can make the best decision. I know a lot of people who will read this will not have that big of a stake to make difference but do not forget that if we come together, we are stronger. Research and make your own decision.

The reason behind this post, except to spread out the word of what is happening on Steem, is to bring you one of my concerns.

I saw some people are saying that we cannot take % from authors because they are pillars of this blockchain and they're already demotivated so taking their rewards could backfire in such a big way that we could forget about Steem.

I also saw some people writing that authors are already getting enough of the rewards but witnesses are the ones who are underpaid. They are creating blocks and keeping our blockchain on track and it seems they are not payed well for that.

Also, I would agree that if you have more stake that you lose more. But also, time is money and people invested in this blockchain so it is really hard to talk about who is getting underpaid.

I am not here to bring you some new age wisdom but contrary, I am here to make you remember good old wisdom of walking together in this.

Please, in the name of our futures don't make your decisions based on what will benefit you. I am sick and tired of that behaviour and politician mentality.

Think about long terms and how WE can make this blockchain better. Fuck money, there are many other things that will make you happier and richer. Few of those things are already here on our blockchain so let's not mess it up.

Once again, I am calling out everybody not to based their decisions on what will benefit them. Please do your research, be neutral until you are sure that you are making right decisions for our blockchain.
