STEEMCHURCH: YOU ARE A NEW CREATION IN CHRIST JESUS
1 John 4:4
Ye are of God, litter children, and have overcome them: because GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU, than he that is in the world.
When John wrote about the Greater One living inside us, he was writing to born-again, Spirit-filled Believers.
I maintain that all born-again, Spirit-filled Believers have within them, ready for use, all the power and ability they will ever need to put them over.
We are thoroughly prepared for any emergency that may come because the Greater One is in us.
2 Corinthians 6:16
...for the are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I WILL DWELL IN THEM, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
How many of us are conscious of the fact that God is dwelling in us?. It sounds far-fetched.
But, what does this scripture mean if it doesn't mean what it says?.
Our natural minds may have a hard time grasping it, but the truth is the Bible emphatic declares that believers "...are the temple of the living God..."
2 Corinthians 6:16.
Notice First John 4:4 says, "...*greater is HE that is in you. ..." He- The Holy Spirit-is a divine Personality, not just an influence or an impersonal being.
Jesus said,
I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that HE [the Holy Spirit] may abide with you for ever.
John 14:16
God the Father, in the Person and power of the Holy Ghost, indwells us!
He lives in us!.
It is time for the Church to become "God-inside" minded.
For too long the Church has been weakness-minded, sickness-minded, inferiority-minded, trouble-minded, and poverty-minded.
Do you realise what we've done?.
Often we've been so negative-minded that that is all we have minded. For too long the negative side of life is all many of us have thought about and talked about.
This negative thinking has created a very serious condition of doubt, unbelief, and spiritual failure in the Church and in the Believer.
The Church has operated more or less on a psychology of unbelief, which has robbed Believers of vibrant Christian faith and living.
It has robbed us of the abundant life Jesus intended us to have.
Jesus said,
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am cine that they might have LIFE, and they might have it MORE ABUNDANTLY
John 10:10
When we really understand that the Life-Giver indwells-that Jesus, the Author of all life, condescended to come down and live in us in the Person and power of the Holy Ghost-like then our very being will radiate GOD'S life.
So we as a Church must become life-minded, not death-minded.
The Bible says,
...GOD hath given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son
1John5:11
We must be plenty-minded, not poverty-minded.
God is a God of plenty(Joel 2:26).
We must be health-minded, bot sickness-minded.
God said,
...I am the Lord that health thee
Exodus 15:26
We must become deliverance-minded, not trouble-minded.
GOD said,
...I will be with him I trouble; I will deliver him...
Psalm 91:15
God promised to always be with us in trouble and to deliver us.
We must be power-minded, not weakness-minded.
The Holy Ghost-The Divine Power House and the Source of all power-indwells us, and the potential of all His power resides within us.
Always remember Who you are in Christ Jesus-A NEW CREATION.

As New Creations in Christ, we should live accordingly and take advantage of our rights as joint-heir with Christ.

Awesome! What a way to have my day start with such an illumination. Yes"Illumination" because the true word of God and not heresis is a great light that drives darkness (Jn 1:9)out of ones life and of course this boils down to your content, the true word is Christ himself (Jn 1:1;14)and having this word(Christ) in us, is the power we believers have to INFINITY.
This power the Bibles makes me understand is the creational power (Gen 1:3; Jn 1:3) until God spoke nothing was made and what did he speak the WORD which is Christ. So for us spirit filled believers we have this so much embodiment of power to NOW recreate our world to the praise and glory of God, Hallelujah.

We need to understand that whatever we think of our self in different situation comes to reality.
When we see a mountain and we believe it will move, if we command it to move, it will definitely be moved because of the Mighty One who resides in us and because of the new creation that we are but if one mistakenly gave up and say "I can't do this" that's just the end.
With God in us, everything is possible.
