Lessons that life gives us!

There are events in life that leave us great lessons, these become experiences so that another does not trip over the same stone.

A group of children was trapped in a school that had caught fire. Few managed to leave before the fire completely covered the building.

The children, who were on the third floor of the building, were scared and frightened by the situation, decided to look for the windows as help in front of the flames and smoke, waiting for the firemen to arrive on time.

The fire was moving too fast and the firemen did not appear. Then a tall and strong man, knowing that one of his sons was among those caught decided to do something. He went as close as he could to the building and asked the children to jump one by one, that he would catch them in his arms, because there was no other way to get to them.

The children, with a lot of courage, started jumping. The plan was working very well, but the last of the children, frightened by the height, refused to jump. It was precisely the son of that man. The father, desperate, shouted to him to jump, that nothing was going to happen to him. The boy had doubts and he did not decide to jump, soon the fire advanced more, but the small one did not manage to overcome the fear and sadly passed away between the flames. The fear that flooded his heart cost him his life. The pain that father felt is indescribable.

In the same way, we are in a world on fire and soon the destruction will completely burn this earth. God, like a loving father, calls us to jump without fear into his arms of love, to save us from eternal death. But like the child of history, many people live in uncertainty, fear and indecision.

Often, people worry about what they will say, and in that way they refuse to accept God. They fear for ridicule, rejection or to acquire a commitment that forces them to leave the false comfort, the luxuries or the sin that exists in their lives.
