You can recognize an Italian by his language. You can recognize a
policeman for his uniform. You can recognize a child by his size, and
John 13: 34-35 says that you can recognize a follower of Jesus for his
love.

As Christians, we are called to love beyond our own
family and immediate friends. In His sermon on the mount in Matthew 5,
Christ challenged his hearers to love even those who hate them.
The Bible is a great book, but Christ said that we can summarize it in
Two main things: love God with all that we are and love the
people with whom we relate as much as we love ourselves
same. God is love (1 John 4: 8) and He showed it by giving His
Son to die for us even when we were sinning against Him
(Romans 5: 8)! If the very essence of God is love, can we carry the
name of "Christian" if we are not able to love those for the
that Christ died?
If we love those who love us, what merits we would have, says the Lord.
Lets love one another, for this is the greatest among the commandments as Jesus Christ proclaimed. Thanks for this message!
