Many are those who live their lives any how, but let me tell you what a man soweth , definitely the harvest time may surely come.

An African proverb says :" If you get a wife in a dancing hall, she would eventually end up in the hands of another fellow spectator " they also says that: " where you tie the animal is where you release it" what does these Proverbs means, it is trying to tell us we Christians to be cautious of certain choices and stands we take for whatever we sow we will harvest the same thing.

1 kings 1:41-53

Adonijah started off his political plans by throwing a party. #parishioner are you also doing the same politics by try to win a favour in the expense of others...? Let me reminder you that what goes up must surely comes down we need to be cautions with our lives.

Verse 49-53

"And all the guests of Adonijah were afraid, and rose up, and went every man his way . And Adonijah feared because of Solomon; and he arose, and went, and caught hold on the horns of the altar. And it was told Solomon, saying, Behold, Adonijah feareth king Solomon; for, lo, he hath laid hold on the horns of the altar, saying, Let king Solomon swear unto me first that he will not slay his servant with the sword. And it was told Solomon, saying, Behold, Adonijah feareth king Solomon; for, lo, he hath laid hold on the horns of the altar, saying, Let king Solomon swear unto me first that he will not slay his servant with the sword. And Solomon said, If he shall show himself a worthy man, there shall not a hair of him fall to the earth; but if wickedness be found in him, he shall die. So king Solomon sent, and they brought him down from the altar. And he came and did obeisance to king Solomon; and Solomon said unto him, Go to thy house".

Identify the various reactions to the detailed "breaking news" of the day as told by Jonathan , son of Abiathar the priest. If he I need was a "worthy man who brings good news" as Adonijah rated his channel on his TV that day, why did he not invite him to the feast..? Jonathan news rather brought confusion into Adonijah's camp .
