Importance of the Family for God.
The Bible speaks abundantly of the family, which is an institution conceived by God, and makes us know its original intention in this regard.
To form the family, God established that a man and a woman are united in marriage, because it is in marriage that He makes his blessing descend, in fact, does not allow cohabitation. When married, the couple enters a divine blessing.
God always fulfills his dreams through families. He used Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David and their families, and even Jesus came to earth through a family.
Satan knows the Word of God, knows that the blessings that He pours out on His children are transmitted from generation to generation and attacks the family because he knows that when he destroys one, he interrupts the generational blessing.
Today the family is in crisis because Satan, knowing that he is in the heart of God, does not stop attacking it, but even if the diabolic ideologies of today want to make believe that various forms of family can be realized, the divine model remains unchanged.
The family, as conceived by God, is for us the most precious good and we must protect it. But as For this purpose it is not enough to declare oneself as believers and go to church, to put protection in one's own family, first one must know the Word of God and declare it.
The original intentions of God about marriage are illustrated in the book of Genesis.
Genesis 1: 27-28
So God created man in his image; he created him in the image of God; He created them male and female. 28 And God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it, and rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the air and every living thing that moves on the earth."
First in heaven, God created the human spirit from nothing and endowed it with a sexual identity; then he formed the body with the earth. He created them male and female so that they could procreate. After giving birth to man and woman, the Lord blessed them, gave them orders and pointed out the purpose of the family: to be fruitful, to multiply and to dominate the earth.
The couple is fruitful when they reproduce their holiness and their character; multiplies by procreating children, dominates the land when the oppositions of the enemy win.
By joining marriage and being different from each other, in the first place, spouses need to confront, grow, mature and improve their character.
Second, they must influence their children, because through them God wants to reach future generations. They have to declare the Word of God and its promises for their lives, because what is declared by the mouth takes place. If we say negative things to our children, this will happen, if instead we declare success and blessing, this will come true.
Third, God calls us to rule the earth. In the book of Genesis we read that it gave man the task of protecting Eden, and then, implicitly, protecting the family from attacks, from temptations, from the seductions of the evil one. Temptations and attacks never come from within the family, but from outside. Those who see their enemy in the wife are doing the wrong battle. The spouses must ally with each other to fight against the enemy that is outside and that does not stop trying with the concupiscence of the flesh, with the lust of the eyes and with the pride of life.
Excellent @blessed-girl, the family is God's plan for man, it is the most precious thing that God has bestowed upon humanity, He formed them with a divine plan, to serve Him and be happy on this earth, and as tool took the marriage to realize its mission, when families understand this truth and are formed according to the will of God, are strong, healthy and happy, because Jesus himself said: ¿ to whom I will compare a wise man who built his house on the rock ...?, when families build their house on Jesus Christ there is a strong lock on all its members.
