IN YOUR MARRIAGE, BE FAITHFUL TO ONE ANOTHER

There is no reason that is good enough to justify any form of unfaithfulness in your marriage.

There is nothing that scatters the unity and stains the love between husband and wife like unfaithfulness. COUPLES must deliberately take steps that will protect the bond and affections that they have for each other.

There are many reasons for unfaithfulness. These include spiritual dryness, constant disagreements, sexual denial, temptations, carelessness, communication gap, insecurity, taking one another for granted, IN-LAWS interference, poverty, laziness, satanic attack etc. There is however no reason good enough to justify any form of unfaithfulness. It follows therefore that no one must condone unfaithfulness. To do this, take note of the following suggestions:

1. Be open and sincere to one another.
2. Express your love towards one another.
3. keep away from wrong environment where you can be tempted.
4. Pray against the spirit of unfaithfulness.
5. Inform your partner of any threat that can make you become unfaithful.
6. Don't keep friendship with anyone that can entice you.
7. You must not be ashamed to make request for conjugal relationship from your partner.
8. Don't play with your Christian life.
9. Don't watch films or listen to music that can stir you to ungodliness.
10. Attend church services, marriage seminars, and couples fellowship together and regularly.

WATCH OUT! STRANGE WOMEN ARE OUT THERE
Perhaps more than any other reasons, the allurement of strange women is the cause of most unfaithfulness. Me in particular are prone to temptation from these agents of the devil and we must be careful and prayerful. Strange women are so dangerous that God warns:

My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding: that thou mayest regard discretion, and that they lips may keep knowledge. For the lips of a strange woman drops as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil: But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as two edged sword. Her feet go down to death; he steps take hold on hell. Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are movable, that thou canst not know them. Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth. Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house: proverbs 5:1-8.

SOME FACTS, OPERATIONAL STYLES AND DANGERS OF STRANGE WOMEN

1. THEY SOMETIMES GO AFTER MEN:-
   Don't be surprised that these devils called strange women don't need to be invited. They can come after you. Please be on your guard. Hear what the Bible says in proverbs 7:13-18

So she caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him, I have peace offering with me; this day have I payed my vows. Therefore came forth to meet thee,.... Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves.

1. THEY OPERATE AS HARLOTS:-
   It does not matter the level of sophistication or education, they are harlots.

And behold there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. Proverbs 7:10

1. WITH SWEET+MOUTH, THEY ENTICE AND DECEIVE

With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him. Proverbs 7:21

1. THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND HAVE WOUNDED MANY PEOPLE

For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her. Proverbs 7:26

1. THEY LOOK FOR PEOPLE TO TRAP:
   She also lieth I'm wait as for a prey, Proverbs 23:28.

BE FAITHFUL
Couples should be faithful to one another. The man in particular should know that the blessings and peace in the family are tied to the faithful was of both partners, and his in particular. In proverbs 28:20, the Bible states: A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that makes haste to be rich shall not be innocent.
