God Sees You At The Point of Your Need

It is not always about our faith in God that gives us what we want or move Him into action. God can still do what He wants to do in the life of a person even if that person has no faith. The bible never said without faith it is impossible to receive anything from God, it only said without faith it is impossible to please God.

This means God's ability to provide our needs or answer our prayers is not only determined by our faith. We serve a God who is compassionate, He is loving, merciful and gracious.

He can still supply our needs according to his riches not according to our faith. Faith is an important key to receiving from God but it is not just a determinant of God's ability to supply.

God in his mercies shows us grace and it is given not becuase of our works. God sees how helpless we are as humans and always reaches out to us at the point of need.

Who would have thought that the man that was laid at the pool of Bethesda will receive his healing when he had no hope or faith to get back to his feet again?

When Jesus approached him asked whether he wants to be made whole he only narrated how life had treated him badly for thirty eight years. He never believed that he could be made whole yet Jesus made the unbelievable happened in his life.

After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of invalid folk, of blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. And a certain man was there, who had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had been now a long time in that condition, he said unto him, Will you be made whole? The invalid man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steps down before me. Jesus said unto him, Rise, take up your bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and that same day was the sabbath John 5:1-9

God is not looking out for many reasons before He will help you out of that situation. Perhaps it is hard for you to pray, fast or have hope in God due to that situation. God understands and He is willing to help you out.

God in his mercies will be gracious to you and will surely help you out of any situation that has crippled you. May you receive that grace now in Jesus name... Amen!
