You Are Light For Others

There are countless people in the world who will never go church, read the bible or will be willing to accept Jesus Christ just because He is the way the truth and the life.

They will find it so hard to believe that God really loves sinful mankind to have send His only son to die for them and to redeem them from the Law of sin and death.

Some will find it hard to believe when we tell them Jesus came and live among us and was willing to go to the Cross to give his life as a ransom and die on our behalf.

They will find it hard to believe that the Jesus we follow was humble, peaceable, loving, caring, selfless, kind and gentle.

They will find it difficult to believe all this because people of this world walk by sight and not by faith. They only believe what they have seen and not what they can't see but have been told to be true.

We are of God and have believed the message of our Lord Jesus Christ for we walk by faith and not by sight. We never saw Jesus yet believed that He came and lived with us and now in us.
We now have the totality of Christ in us and just as he lived a righteous life, we can also lived a righteous life.

We are now the Jesus people wants to know. Our lives must manifest the life of Christ for people to see.

Those who always want to see before believing must see something spectacular about you as a child of God in order to believe in God.

We are the light of this world, a city that is set on the hill, we are to give illumination to this dark world to see and to show forth the love of God by our deeds.

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a lamp, and put it under a bushel, but on a lamp stand; and it gives light unto all that are in the house. We are like sign boards, GPS and a map or a compass showing people to way to God. Many will miss their way to heaven if we show bad signs and unclear directions.

We are like the bible to the world, the newspaper that they read daily.

Many will change when they see real change in our behaviour, many will come to a realisation that God really exist and loves mankind if we don't just talk about love but express it through our deeds.

We can't live anyhow because God has made us His representatives, ambassadors of Christ on earth. We are the light to shine for people to see the way and to run to Jesus.
