You Are Valuable To God
What? know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have of God, and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
We are the very reason why Jesus came to die. He died so that the perfect relationship that existed between man and God will be restored. We all sinned when Adam sinned and fall short the glory of God for we are were in him.
God has made provision for us through his son so we could be saved. From the scripture above we understand that it cost God a lot in redeeming us from the power of sin and death. Jesus had to die so that can have grace to come boldly before God.
You so precious to God to let you go astray, God paid a higher price to redeem you and I. This id the reason we must also live for Him and serve Him. We are not our own, the one who owns us is God.
God expect us to live holy for Him for our bodies are His dwelling place. God's spirit will not live in an unholy place filled with all manner of sins.
Everything we do with our body must not please just ourselves but only God. Let's live for God.
