A leadership position sounds promising, but it also corresponds with not only a lot of work, but also with great responsibility.

The success of a team often depends on the ability of its leaders to get everyone working together towards a common goal.

LEADERS BRING ANSWERS - DANIEL 2:14-23

When Arioch, the commander of the king’s guard, had gone out to put to death the wise men of Babylon, Daniel spoke to him with wisdom and tact.

He asked the king’s officer, “Why did the king issue such a harsh decree?” Arioch then explained the matter to Daniel.
16
At this, Daniel went in to the king and asked for time, so that he might interpret the dream for him.
17
Then Daniel returned to his house and explained the matter to his friends Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah.
18
He urged them to plead for mercy from the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that he and his friends might not be executed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.

During the night the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision. Then Daniel praised the God of heaven

and said: “Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his.
21
He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
22
He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.
23
I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors: You have given me wisdom and power, you have made known to me what we asked of you, you have made known to us the dream of the king.”

A good leader always bring answers and let people walk together as one even with their difference, they still work together as one.

A leader engages himself more with solutions than problems. To be a critic is cheap but it is expensive to be a leader. It is the easiest thing in the world to be a critic- sit down and do nothing but watch everybody doing something to criticize them. You don’t need to go to school to be a critic but you need to work upon yourself to be a leader. You can ride into power on the crest of human emotions, but you stay there only by performing. It is important that you understand that.

A leader engages himself with answers and finds answers to move on. As you move through life, don’t join the people who criticize; anybody can argue and talk about the problem. Whether at work or anywhere, always ask questions: “Excuse me sir, how can we move on from here, what should we do next? We have been talking for the past 30 minutes about something wrong, excuse me, what can we do?” People spend their lives grappling with problems without talking about the answer or solution.God’s plan is that He will never allow you to encounter a problem if you are not part of the solution.

From today start thinking in terms of solutions, if you will develop the leadership life. Leaders solve problems anywhere. Doctors treat patients but leaders solve problems;problems that sometimes cannot be defined.

@Sirknight is a great leader leading the church by example with an overriding guiding vision and purpose. He possess an unquenchable passion for success implementing the vision of the church. He focus on where the church needs to go.

@Sirknight is never self centered always want to make everyone happy, he is always about the success of the church , Poor leaders make their leadership about them. Great leaders make it about the mission.

When I told the knight about my feelings concerning somethings, he didn't condemn me but he encouraged me to do more and work hard more.

@sirknight is kind without being weak, He is kind without being weak, strong without being harsh, confident without being cocky, he also a role model for every parishioners, and I know is ready to take a bullet for his people.

@sirknight is a great leader that is chosen by God to help us in this difficult time and to provide solutions to all our problems.
