God makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and send rain on the just and the unjust. (Matthew 5:45)
The Lord is who makes the clouds rise at ends of the earth, who makes lightning for the rain and brings forth the wind from his storehouse.(Psalm 135:7).
God does great things and unsearchable, marvelous things without number: He gives rain upon the earth and sends waters upon the fields. ( Job 5:9,10) further reading take us - Psalm 147:7-9
Every good endowment and every perfect gift is from above, coming down father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. ( James 1:17)
Our Father who art in heaven...... Give us this day our daily bread. (Matthew 6:9,11)
The Living God sends rain in answer to prayer
The prayer for a righteous man has great power in its effects. Elijah was a man of like nature with ourselves and he prayed fervently that it might not rain, and for three years and six months, it did not rain on the earth. Then he prayed again and the heaven gave rain, and the earth borough forth its fruit.( James 516-18)
