How far does our freedom go in Christ?

Dear community!

We are living, in fact, a very special moment in our Christian community, SteemChurch, where we are giving the opportunity to transmit Christian values, the world is seeing a new look at what it is really to be a Christian, the doors are opening to the Sir.

Christians have become numerous in the country and, consequently, a force of consumption, what used to be called plaza, ugly, ignorant, are now considered, with styles, cheerful, wise, when the person who has Jesus does not it is sad in the last thoughts could not use this or that, could not use anything else now has the recognition of a holy people, fair and cheerful, we also know that "all things are lawful, but not all things are they accumulate. " (1Co 10.23).

We are knowing how to take advantage of this moment to attract lives to the Lord Jesus, without being oppressed by the burdens of religiosity,

But, I wonder how far does our "Christian Liberty" go?

What are the limits of the freedom we have in Christ? We have to watch to not be so involved with our free life in Christ and forget that there is still a cross to carry, because Jesus said: "If anyone wants to come after me, deny himself, take his cross and follow me." (Mark 8.34).

Jesus freed us from the burden of our sins and religiosity, He does not want us to serve him by impositions of men and oppressed, nor by obligation, but He wants us to serve him "in newness of life ..." with joy ... this does not mean that there is no "burden", on the contrary He said: "My yoke is soft and my burden is light" (Mt 11:30), however slight it may be, there is a burden .. .

Reflecting on our being and seeing what we have to give up, which is the cross that we have to carry even for a crown to change. Because we need to be different, make a difference and walk like Jesus walked in this world in darkness and not accommodate or settle for their values and customs ...

It is necessary, as the Apostle Paul says: "To shine as stars in the world in the midst of a corrupted and perverse generation ..." (Philippians 2: 5).
