Philippians 2:20-21

Where there's no right mindset, there'll be no progress.

The failure and success of any system is dependent on the mindset of the people who are in the system.

No organization can achieve a meaningful success when the mindset if the members working within the system is corrupt.

Life answers to a mindset. It is your attitude that defines your mindset and your mindset determines your action.

Therefore, an organizational success can only be achieved when the workers and staff possess the following right mindset.

1. Mindset of humility: Wherever God sees humility, he brings exaltation.

Are you working in any organization, in the church or secular system? You need to possess this mindset if you really want to rise fast to the echelon of your career.

This is because God resist the proud and gives grace to the humble.

James 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

2.Mindset of service:Don't enter any organization you are not ready to serve.

God is not looking for lazy people but those who have the mindset to serve. Your best comes out in place if service.

This mindset attracts envy by those who cannot do what you are doing in that organization.

But you must ignore them and serve your way to the top.

3Mindset of unity: When there's no unity of purpose there's no progress.

Church, organization, institutions need a United work-force to bring about growth both to the organization and individuals.

Genesis 11:5-6And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

Develop the right mindset in anything you're doing

Your attitude defines your Mindset and your Mindset determines your action.
