Steemchurch: Did You Bring Your Umbrella?
The whole community all gathered in the church to pray for the needed rain and they were all greeted by the pastor as they trooped in. The pastor walked to the altar to start the prayer session but noticed they were all discussing and socializing with each other.
On getting to the altar his thought were to make the crowd quiet and start the meeting immediately. He scanned his eyes through the crowd as he asked for quietness. His eyes caught an eleven year-old sitting at front quietly. The expression on her face showed excitement.
Beside her was an extremely large and very colorful umbrella which was even bigger than her. The umbrella was open and ready for use. The pastor smiled realizing the kind of faith the little girl had, she was the only in the congregation who had an umbrella.
All came to pray for rain. But the little girl had come expecting God to answer.
Lesson
Faith! Faith! Faith!
Every time we talk about faith but how often have we portrayed it. Just like the little girl, she didn't come only to pray for the rain but was ready and prepared for the rain, because she had faith their prayers will be answered and it was going to rain
We might ask God for something and believe he will answer us but what steps have we taken that shows we really believe he will answer us.
Hebrews 11:1 Says,
Now faith is the substance of things for, the evidence of things not seen.

We should always seek God and believe in him, for he's the rewarder of all those who diligently seek him. For without faith it is impossible to please him.
The story has however explained everything as to how our faith in God should be strong . We must believe in God to answer every of our prayers and supplications.
Psalm 37: 5 Says
Commit your way to the LORD,
Trust also in him,
And he shall bring it to pass
Finally, I would love all of us to drop the lessons we learnt from the story in the comment section.

Indeed we need to be prepared against any obstacle that comes our way. We need God in our lives and we need him to guard us in all our doings in life .
We need faith to work with christ. God want us to have faith in him.
Thanks for shaeing this post.
Also a very big thanks to @sirknight for this opportunity
This is a great anology! When I found out there were 70,000 people without a bible in the region of the Philippines where my wife and I are missionaries. I asked the Lord for 70,000 bibles. Then a built a storage place to queue the Bibles until we are able to distribute them. So far we have distributed 7000 bibles.
Great thought!
God bless!

When we hope for our Father to do things and change situations for us, it is important to have faith. Faith is evidence that we know he can do it for us, and this fact puts the devil to shame.
Having faith in God will, relying on Him and trusting Him will allow you conquer in trials your going through, because God can do all things. You can do it. God says in Philippians 4:13 that you can all things through him who gives you strength. God will give you strength to make it through if you have faith in Him.
If this is my brother without faith it is impossible to please God. I loved the message, God bless you more!
I love that story you shared at the beginning, it's inspiring!
