God's desire is for his people to prosper

From the beginning of the history of redemption the plan of God has been global, the work of God in the life of Abram would reach such a dimension, that in this would be blessed all the families of the earth
In this passage God promises greatness for Abraham; and he blessed it in many ways
In 13.1.2 it can be seen how Abraham was enriched, also in 24.35, where his servant affirms that "Jehovah has blessed my master very much" and enumerates the material blessings that God gave him, which shows us that this dynamic of this fact historical is valid for today's believer

God's desire is for his people to prosper
The Bible tells us in the book of Genesis 12.1-3 the story of a sovereign call of God to Abraham, of your kinship constituted a test for the faith of Abram, who was called to abandon everything he loved, for a land he did not know, it is not revealed how Abram came to know Jehovah

In Galatians 3.13,14, God promises to give all believers the blessings of Abraham, and tells us that Jesus became a curse for us so that we could receive "the blessings of Abraham." This, of course, begins with our rebirth, or becoming new creatures in Christ Jesus, but "the blessings of Abraham" imply other things as well
The Lord wants us to prosper, spiritually, emotionally, physically as well as materially, the blessings are ours for his promise and we need not excuse the fact that material prosperity is included.

Well said @jenniferbrito, God wants his people to prosper in everything, says his word that plans of good and not of evil are those that God has for us, God wants us to have health, to have provisions, that we lack nothing, that let us live well in peace and in victory and let our lives prosper as well as our soul.
