God is a Finisher

Each time I see the uncompleted projects in our cities, I feel very sad. Who knows how much money was sunk into these projects? The government and her people could have made a better use of whatever was needlessly poured into these uncompleted projects.

Thank God our Master Jesus is a different administrator and leader. He finished what He started when He choose to become a man. He completed it fully. Though it was a difficult task, he remained faithful. He encountered opposition every step of the way. When He declared Himself to be a Son of God, He was accused of blasphemy and was nearly stoned.

Our Lord pressed on and at the end went to Calvary. He endured the cross, suffered and died for the sins of the world. before He gave up the ghost, He finally and boldly declared 'It is finished.' The heavenly Father accepted the sacrifice of His Son and raised him from the dead. Today all who believe in Jesus as a Saviour are justified, declared righteous and accepted as His own. We can confidently accept Him as our Saviour knowing that He is a finisher. Whatever He has promised us, is ours to claim and enjoy without doubt. Whatever a wonderful Saviour!

In the same wise, whatever we do or embark on, we should strive and work hard towards bringing it to completion. Stopping half way or quitting is not always the best rather it only makes us become losers. Since we are of God, it therefore means we have and possess traits and characteristics of our maker. If He could finish then you too can finish that project. Believe and work!

I am glad that the @steemchurch is gradually approaching its target day-by-day which shows that we will certainly achieve all we proposed someday.
