THE SIN OF HYPOCRECIA
What is hypocrisy and how to get out of it
Good day my beloved brothers, today we are going to see what Hypocrisy is, first we will say that hypocrisy is a word that comes from the Greek, hypokrisia; A hypocrite is an actor. Just as we now define a hypocrite person as "one who feigns feelings that do not have, or expresses ideals that do not follow, being a hypocrite person is one who only pretends to be a good citizen, with" good "ideals but these are really Far from being what they appear.
Well, in some stages of our life, we had the need to pretend that we like our work, our house, our labor relations, etc., but why? Because this is what suits us? Why is the matter more bearable among colleagues, among "friends", among relatives? Brothers, I firmly believe that this does not please God.
Of course not, the quote in (Luke 12: 1) says: "Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy, 2 and there is nothing concealed that is not to be revealed, nor hidden that is not to be known ..." Here we can understand that no matter how much a great actor is at the time of speaking or doing something, if the person does it "hypocritically", Jesus says that there is nothing concealed that is not to be revealed, and this my beloved brethren is checked, by which this writes.
At the end of the day, all our lies, all our falsehoods with which we conduct ourselves in certain, or in many cases, will always come to light, sooner or later, then, do you think that it has any justification to be hypocrites? Does it have any value to be an "actor" and to make people believe that the person is really "not"? I believe that no, I can say it with all humility, clear that it does not have any benefit to pretend what we are not.*
In the book of (Mark 7: 6) it says: "He answered and said to them, 'You hypocrites, well Isaiah prophesied of you, as it is written, This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.' case? If so, I believe that it is time to amend, my beloved brothers, I invite you to reflect, to self-examine and leave hypocrisy, to leave the lie that is the cousin of hypocrisy.
If you have lived in lies and in hypocrisy, come to terms with our God, because hypocrisy is also a sin and exclude you from the kingdom of God, according to the book (Matthew 24:51) which says: "And he will punish him harshly, and will put his part with the hypocrites; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth "
How can we end hypocrisy and its fatal consequences?
Well, my advice is to kneel, praise God and ask him to remove from you all hypocrisy, to make him a genuine man or woman, if you are angry, then show yourself as you are, do not appear to be a person who is very far from feeling, remember that God made us different, with different characters, but as Paul said, "... do not let the sun go down on your anger, another text that says, be angry, but do not sin ..." (Ephesians 4:26).
The only possible way that the bible teaches to change, to turn around 180 degrees, that I know works, is asking the father in prayer and very humbly, I can assure you, because I was all written above, but one day I humbled myself at the feet of my Christ, and he changed me, because I could never do it.
If you only appear to have faith without accompanying it with works, it looks like the fig tree that dried up and died because it did not bear fruit. Genuine faith includes bearing fruit for the kingdom of God. When man pretends what he is not, he has deceived himself and lied to others. For the love of God, do not wear the clothes of hypocrisy. The future life is the eternal, this world, only a moment. The hypocrites do not enter heaven. Do not sell the kingdom of eternity for a second.
