The story that the Bible tells us

The Bible is the story of God's love. God has been working since the beginning of time so that His creation has a relationship perfect God had a relationship with Adam and Eve, but they broke up that relationship with Him, and the relationship continued broken for generations.

Then, God chose the family of Abraham, the Israelites, to be Your special people God did not do this because he only loved them because he had lost hope with the rest of the world. Instead, He gave the Israelites a special responsibility. They had to show the rest of the world who God was so that the other nations and peoples could have a relationship with Him

Then, God made the greatest act of love possible. He came to earth in human form to restore the relationship between God and humanity. Jesus gave the world two important things to take His place when he left. First, he gave us Holy Spirit

• the same presence of God with us every day
• to help us have a right relationship with God. Second, he established church.

The church is now the people of God. We have the special responsibility to show the world who God is, to that can have a relationship with Him

The rest of the New Testament is the story of how more and more people they entered into a right relationship with God as the church It grew. Finally, in Revelation, we have an overview of what will be one day - all the nations gathered before God - the fulfillment of Love of God, As you will see, the Bible is a continuous story of the loving search of God for all people.
