In the eternal and solid foundation of wisdom that predestined and by an omnipotent decree, the eyes of the Lord Jesus have been fixed forever in us.
Christ blesses his people with all the blessings of the past, present and future. In the mysterious past ages, the Lord Jesus was the first choice of his Father and we share an interest in such election because "God chose us in him before the creation of the world" (Ephesians 1: 4).
From eternity past he has enjoyed all the privileges of being the beloved "only begotten Son" (John 1:14) of the Father. And "according to the riches of his grace" (Ephesians 1: 7, RVR 1960) by adoption and regeneration, he has also elevated us to the category of children and has given us "the right to be children of God" (John 1: 12). ).
The eternal covenant, based on the obligation of its fulfillment and given that it was "confirmed with an oath," is ours; ours for "a great comfort" (Hebrews 6: 17-18, RVR 1995) and total security.

The great proposition of marriage of the Prince of glory is ours, because with us he has committed himself, and soon it will be declared to the whole universe through the sacred wedding vows.
The miracle of the incarnation of the God of heaven, together with the amazing submission and humiliation that comes with it, is ours. The effect of his sweaty blood, the lashes and the cross are ours forever.
All the glorious consequences that flow from his perfect obedience and consummated atonement, as well as his resurrection, ascension and intercession are ours, because they are part of his gift.
He now bears our name in his breastplate and with authority intercedes in our name, reminding us of his name and presenting our case before the throne.
He uses his dominion over "authorities" and "powers" (Ephesians 6:12) and his absolute majesty in heaven is for the benefit of those who trust him. His high status is as much for our benefit as his humiliation has been.
He who surrendered for us to the depths of suffering and death does not withdraw the gift now that he is sitting on the throne of heavenly heights.

My interpretation of this reflection is as follows:

Our Lord Jesus Christ, all his spiritual blessings chose us in his heavenly places that before the creation of the world, so that we would be holy and without blemish before Him. With his love we adopted him as his children through Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of his will .
In the past, God chose us, God predestinated, and now we leave that eternity and move into the time sphere, in which God's plan is placed in the hands of Jesus Christ, who moves in space and time to build the Church.
When he says in him we have redemption refers to the Beloved, who is Christ. We have been accepted in the Beloved.
Redemption is the main work of Christ. That was the reason why He came to this world. As the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom, for many. He came here to pay the price of his redemption. We were slaves of sin, and He came to set us free, to give us freedom, by paying a price for us.
God, guaranteed an oath and controls the difficult times and rough seasons. It is very easy for us to praise God when blessings flow, when the bank account has money, when there is employment when we have good health, but when we are in the middle of doubt, remember this. God can not lie. He keeps his word. Doubt tells us that we are foolish to believe in a God that allows us to go through painful circumstances but faith reminds us that God can not lie, when we have good health. But we have a hard time believing in God when those things do not happen.
The spiritual world is more real than the natural one; in fact, the natural comes from the spiritual. Blessings, and even negative things come from that spiritual plane. So, prayer is a discipline that keeps us focused on our answers. There will be a Satan who will want to distract us so that we do not advance to the Kingdom of God. Something will always happen so that he does not do God's will.
You can not make decisions without the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We can not make hasty decisions. When we want a change, we must pray. Our victory depends on the direction of the Holy Spirit.
Do not try to do something because we feel that it is okay, without the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Even when you want to help a brother, consult our Lord about what is the right way to do it. Prayer sharpens our vision and helps us avoid falling into mistakes. Prayer becomes a necessity, an obligation for us to develop this path under the guidance of the Lord. So, we have to understand that many of us should not isolate ourselves or concentrate on the things of this life. We live on earth, but we are not of the earth, we are an eternal soul, and we must live according to that standard and not the one of the suit that you have to live on this earth.
