One Of The Most Important Things To God Is Forgiveness

How many times have you heard in the Bible that God and the Lord want you to learn forgiveness?

Matthew 6:14-15 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive yours.

Matthew 18:21-22 Then Kaypha (Peter) approached him, and he said, “My Lord, “If my brother commits an offense against me, how many times shall I forgive him? Seven times?” And Yeshua said to him, “I do not say to you until seven times, but until seventy times seven each."

The point Yeshua was making is that no matter how many times someone says sorry.... you should forgive them. So why then is it still so hard for this SIMPLE lesson to be learned. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard people no accept an apology or say "your not sorry" when the person IS sorry. Do not be hypocrites! Forgive others so that your Father can forgive you!

Luke 17:3-4 So watch yourselves. “If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.”
