As we get into the subject matter, I feel it right, to first define who are God’s Children. Because, if you are truly one of God’s Children, you are meant by your Heavenly Father to have an impact on this Earth. To represent Him and the Kingdom of His Dear Son Jesus to a very dark world that needs a Savior

The new craze is to never rock the boat or to say we are all God’s Children. “I am OK and you are OK”. It comes out in many forms, many “Politically Correct” ways. “We are All Children of God!” Only as we are God’s Creation are we or could we be classified as God’s Children.

BUT THE SON OF GOD JESUS CHRIST HAD SOMETHING ELSE TO SAY

Joh 8:42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
Joh 8:43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Jesus, Emmanuel, The Sinless Lamb of God accused (rightly) that some were children of the devil.

Humans are triune beings. We are a spirit, we have a soul and our bodies are merely a temporary house for the spirit and soul.

Jesus is pronouncing to these Jews that on the spiritual and soulish level these were children of the devil. Thus, not all are children of God.

Jesus also quantifies who is God’s Children. John 8:47 “Those who “Hear God’s Word”.

I am not going down the path of preelection or some other Calvinistic approach to God’s Word. I believe every human being has the ability to be saved and choose to believe God’s Word and to become part of the Family of God. From the time we are old enough to think, we constantly either choose to believe God’s Word, or we choose not to believe. God’s Children or those who will become Gods Children, we hear, trust, believe amd do God’s Word.

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. KJV Bible

If you were able to read the very thoughts of God, you would read, “He is not willing that any perish!”

God wants to see you in heaven! Yes you! He is not holding you out. There is only one person that can keep you from heaven and an eternity. That person is You! Somehow you decide to believe or not to believe. You can decide to believe!

At one time we were all on the outside of the family of God! We become family through adoption.

It does no matter where you are, from what culture, religion, upbringing or region of the world. You can decide to believe God’s Word and God’s testimony or certification that Jesus Christ is the only True solution to the ills of mankind. Jesus is the Only Way! Jesus is the Only Truth. Jesus is the Only way to Eternal Life.

You may be a person that is from a different religion or belief. I would encourage you to pray something like this. “If Jesus is Truly the only Way and only Savior, then I ask you God to show me. If I am wrong, please change my heart and give me a heart to believe” I am willing to be wrong, so that you God can be right in my life.

The only true approach to God is through humility.

From the time we are born and until our very last breath, there are forces (invisible demonic) and visible (family, culture, friends, TV, internet, music and the list goes on) that are trying to pull us in every direction and formulated to keep you from such a great salvation. Adoption into Heaven’s Family.

Jesus put it this way.

Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. KJV Bible

Again

Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

We were all born of the flesh. To become part of God’s Family we must be born also of the Spirit.

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Jesus testifies of Himself as the only Way to the Father. He was either a lunatic or telling the Truth. We have to decide!

The Apostle Paul says of Jesus (One Mediator)

1Ti 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

And the prior verse. Our God wants all to be saved.

1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Say the longest lifespan of a human is 120 years.

Every Human will know the Truth within this amount of time.

It does not matter what you were taught all of your life. It is either true or it is not. No matter how deeply you believe something does not qualify it as True or Truth. It does not matter what country you are from or religious ancestry. What matters is you determine your eternity by deciding to believe God’s Word.

If the longest a person could live on this earth is 120 years, within this time you will know the truth. Because, ever single person will die and then face the judgement.

Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: KJV Bible

No second chance after we die. What happens to us for eternity will be determined by you and whether you believe on the Son.

The moment you and I die, we will stand before the Righteous Judge. We will all know at this moment whether we were on the right track or not. We either die in faith and live eternally as the Sons and Daughters of God, or we spend eternity separated from the Presence of God.

Back to a couple of verses of who God’s Children are

Mat 12:50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Mar 3:33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?
Mar 3:34 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
Mar 3:35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother. KJV Bible

One Savior One Mediator One Way. One Name JESUS

Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Act 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

No matter who you are you can call on the Name of the Lord and be adopted into the family.

A free gift!

Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Seems everyone wants to be saved by their good works, religious practices. Many think that we must get ready and clean up our life to come to God through Jesus Christ. Salvation does not come through our religious practices.
We are not saved by what we do.

• Going to church or a specific church does not save us
• Our good deeds cannot save us
• We cannot be good enough to deserve salvation
• Because we pray does not ensure salvation
• Because we give of our earthly wealth does not save our soul.
• Prayer to Any other Mediator besides Jesus will never save one soul.

The Bible declares that there are none righteous, no not even one.

Salvation is a gift! Salvation is free! Salvation has nothing to do with what we have done, but salvation comes by faith. Faith in the finished Work of Jesus Christ on the Cross.

Christianity is not you and I finding our way to God, but you and I accepting by faith the only Way He provided to be forgiven of our sins.

We must come to the realization that we need a Savior! We are all sinners in need of a Savior!

We must approach God the way God says. After all He is God! He. Made One Way, One Approach. This is the only approach He accepts. By Faith in the Finished Substitutionary Death of Jesus on the Cross.
Jesus took our sins and transgressions upon Himself.

Isa 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Isa 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Your sin and my sin placed upon the innocent Lamb of God.

Joh 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Making Jesus your Boss (Lord)
Believing the testimony of God that After the death of Jesus, on the third day He rose bodily from the dead and was seen by many.

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Rom 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Rom 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Call on the Only Savior and He will welcome you into the family of God and you will truly be one of God’s Adopted Children.

Saved by Faith

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

It is not what we do, but what we believe. In Whom we believe!

We must not and we can not approach God through any other avenue or mediator than theough the only Person that can save your soul.
