The conflict between the church and Satan is always seen as a cat and mouse game.The church is seen as a mouse while Satan is cat.The church small and weak always on defensive;Satan big and powerful
Let consider the scriptures from Matt 16 :18 ".....on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."
The picture from the verse is not not the gate of Hell means.Far from it.The picture instead is of a VICTORIOUS church like #steemchurch laying siege to Hell and breaking it gate to release it prisoners.
Gates are for defense.The "gates of Hell" are for the defense of Hell.Jesus promised He would have a church so powerful and courageous - that church would attack the manifestations of Hell wherever it found them.
The gates of Hell cannot hold back a church of those who are united with Christ.The strength of every Christian community especially #steemchurch lies in how united we are in Christ.Jesus said "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to deliver good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,"
This is dedicated to knight who Want to crush the works of the Hell through Christ.
OUR ADVERSARY
Peter warns us of the nature of how Satan is seeking believer in 1peter 5:8 ,but not to be afraid of him.The key word is Satan goes out like a lion but he is not a lion.Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah.Satan is only an imposter and imitators,roaring like a lion just to frighten and cause fear.
We are victorious church because Satan is powerless against Christ.His welfare against us is purely psychological .He is, in truth rendered powerless by Christs victory over him at calvary,and he cannot do us any harm.
We are to resist Him, the devil, us a victorious church will always seek to break things apart even though he has been defeat and conquered by Jesus Christ.
Our power in Christ function more if we deploy the strength to resist Him.For the lord has instructed us to resist Him.Let resist Him us a church for he will flee.
Victorious churches are not be afraid of witch doctors,voodo priests, enchanters and other devilish practitioners.No matter how powerful they claim to be their works does not function against a true church of God.Numbers 23:23 declares.
We should never tremble us a church when such thing arises.For He who lives in us is stronger than the one outside.
As members of steemchurch when we a bothered by the devil let rise up and silence him in Christ.

Every move of the church should destroy the works of the devil.His aim is to see people in bondage and under slavery.Every action of a victorious church is to attack the works of the devil putting smiles of the face of people.Never should the church or member of steemchurch declare that He or she is under the attack of the devil.We should rather attack him.
All things are under the dominion of our Lord Jesus, let walk in Joy and triumphant us a church.

Is it God’s will that we should live such a life of victory? Has He made provision for each and all of His children to be victorious all along the line? Wow, am so happy to go through this write up. Indeed you are so correct. We the church are the mouse and the devil is the cat. A cxat is always reatless because he is look for a mouse. That is how the devil is. The devil is always looking for deffirent ways to capture the church and making them lose focus in Christ. But if we walk together in unity, we will defeat the devil.

We have the victory when our Lord Jesus rose again from the dead. By rising from the death, he disarmed the army of the accuser to grant us freedom in Him.
