TOPIC: THE MAN JESUS: HIS FAITHFULNESS TO THE FATHER

TEXT: 1TIMOTHY 2 : 5

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; KJV

Todays message is not really going to be preaching but in form of a teaching... We just want to talk about JESUS CHRIST

I have not really study far in scripture but with the little God has helped me to no... I have always see Jesus representing and playing different role all in bid of propagating the KINGDOM, fulfilling the FATHER'S DESIRE, rendering SERVICES TO THE FATHER AND HUMANITY in FAITHFULNESS..

Sometime you see Him as the way maker, rivers of life, bread of life, burden bearer, armor of God, living water, etc.
But in our today text we see Him as a third party, intermediary, channel of sending and receiving messages (information).... Jesus 🙌🙌🙌
He's the carrier of information ( spiritual converse and not amebor) from God's own people to God the Father and also from the Father to His people, do not exchange Him for Holy Spirit...

As an intermidiary, the one who stand in gap... It demand total faithfulness and commitment to one responsibilities...
NOTE: IF YOU MUST FOLLOW THE FOOT STEP OF CHRIST YOU MOST SERVE IN THIS CAPACITY AND YOUR FAITHFULNESS IS WHAT WILL RETAIN YOU IN THAT OFFICE.

Faithfulness is a term and can be broken into two part, Namely Faith and Fullness... In simple terms faithfulness means to be full of FAITH.
But we'll be looking at it in another dimension.. Faith means trust, surrender, reliance, believe in other terms.

To have faith implies, believing or trusting in some thing. And it also means the ability to stand by or fall for somebody or something and the willingness to obey or defend a person or thing that matter most...

The story of the Hebrew men give a clear picture of this... SHADRACK, MESHACK AND AB3DNEGO...
According to the story, these 3 faithful men choose to stand with and by the living God instead of worshipping the man made God of the king Nebuchadnezzar even in the face of imminent death.

The reply of this trio to the king question as to whether they would worship his status is a testimony to the depth of their faith courage. Faith build on courage and courage make you bold.
They said to '' your question need no answer from us''.. It is not enough to say you have faith until your faith is tested like gold in the fire 🔥 🔥 🔥

What can we say to the faithfulness of this man... Jesus? The faithfulness of christ to the FATHER can be seen round the clock from cradle to the grave. Jesus was send to stand in between God and man... Don't forget that is an intercession.... So also we that have be saved are expected to play this role to the people in the world.

By interceding, directing their ways to the path of righteousness through Jesus our Lord..
Concerning Jesus we cannot no it all until the day He will crack up the sky and appear to all.

Paul says we do not know how it look like but we will look like Him... Then will be complete in His faithfulness... Are you really working hard to look like Him? Let's take a look at some areas of His faithfulness to the FATHER...

1: HIS incarnation

2: HIS mission

3: HIS prayer life

4: HIS trials, suffering and death

5: His availability

6: His preferential option for the poor.

I pray may God help us to look at all this and open our inner eyes and mind tonight.....

1: HIS INCARNATION

What is incarnation? To the dictionary is the assumption of human form or nature. OR A living being embodying a deity or spirit.

The incarnation of christ was in accordance with the will of His father Most of us claim to be of God's own but the question is. Who's incarnation do carry? God the father willed that his son should assume the nature of man so as to effect a change in the relationship between God and humanity which the disobedience of Adam and Eve have destroyed. The offspring of the woman which Genesis 3:15 alludes to is Jesus christ.

Genesis 3:15

And I will cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.” NLT

Also in John 1:14 the Bible speak about the word made flesh in the same regards.
If the word made flesh, it means His flesh is the word of the father... No wonder in 2Corin 11 He said '' this is my body break and eat...
I pray that someone after todays will put on the body which is the nature of God.... Ijn 👏👏👏

2: HIS MISSION

Christ never saw himself as having a different agendum, mission or work from that of the father. Thus he told his disciples in John 4:34 '' my food is to do the will of the one who sent me and to carry out his work''. Hmmmm
It is very important to know the 1 who calls or sent you.

This is one of the discovery I have come to know about Jesus. He discover and know His purpose early in life.. No wonder obedient to the preaching the word of God became His food...

Ah!!! God help us grow to the level that we'll not have rest of mind until we preacher to people. My fellow men and women Man full of the Holy Ghost and anointing carrier in the house, whose will are you doing?

Are you not converting that anointing to your own use and will? you were called to come and pray for that sick fellow... What was your reply?
Sis that was asked to lead the praise in Sunday service and your reply was am I the only choir in this church? Can't you call another person
You know the response you normally give to ur spiritual leaders....

Note this sir/ma, If you are doing God's work in all conveniency brother check your life you are not doing His will... Your plan now is to stage your own ministry you want to leave that your small Parish where He is using you to another bigger Parish just to have some connections and recognition... 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Your 100% faithfulness is required...

Hear this...'' Is either His will or His whale ''...Ask Jonah...As powerful as Jesus christ was He stick and depend on the father..

John 17:10

&And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.KJV
