"Remember these three basic things in life as Christians; our speech, motion and character must be parallel to that of Christ."

The Disciples were called Christians; in order words which means followers of Christ. Many people who were not Christians even saw this characteristics of Christianity in the Disciples, and at some point saw this character within them, so they suggested that they could see the actions, speech and movement of the the Disciples to be followers of Christ.

Our speech, motion and character must be in line with every actions we take. You cannot preach what is good for people to follow while you have some hidden bad behaviours, that you expect people to practice it. By all means, the good news you are preaching must speak to you.

Our motion or movement also determines the kind of association form or join. If we are drug addict, by all means we will follow those who are in the same category. If we are drunkard, of course we will feel to be with a gang who also drink, so that we can walk together. As the adurge says: "show me your friend and I will show you my character."

What character do we portray as Christians who want to receive the glory and the Kingdom of God? Is it the character of temperament; the character of envieness, the character of greediness or sabotage, is it the character of gossipping or hypocracy? If we have all these characters mentioned, we should note that they are not parallel to the characters of Christ Jesus that we are following him. Since He did none of these things.

If we are travelling to a certain city, the first aspect of our body that step on the city is our feet. And it also tells the kind of character that we portray. If we are in the association of robbery or criminals, our style of movement and the way of dressing talks much about us without even someone interviewing us. But of we are true Christians our ways of walking and dressing speaks a lot about us to let people see quickly that we are descent. The way and manner we present our selves in speech and expressions determine where we come from.

We should rather be mindful of these three basic elements as Christians for others to emulate us. Many people are reading us as we read graphics. Our speechs, motions and characters are in questions for others. A lot of oeople would be attracted by our association if only we change our ways. We should let thape character of Christ reflect in us too.
