*The natural man does not have redemption through the blood of Jesus. He has the falling adamic nature. He is dead spiritually because he is cutoff from Christ, the source of life. It is the breath of life that God gave man a soul and spirit but the spirit lost spiritually relationships with God.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE NATURAL MAN
- He lives in the flesh and cannot pleaseGod who is a spirit
- His flesh and spiritually decides the activities of his soul. The soul fulfils it’s dictates and become sinful
- He can no longer understand spiritual things. There is a language barrier between his flesh and the spirit of God since spiritual things are expressed in spiritual language.
- He need the Grace of God and the Holy Spirit to convince him of his sinful nature except that the constantly finds himself spiritually naked and struggle to cover up.
- He Gradually becomes a slaves of sin. Obeying the impulse of sin without any strength of resist it.
- He is in a spiritual bondage and cannot free himself
- He need the new birth to be quickened out of this horrible spiritual condition.
SOME SAVED SOULS STILL SHARE THESE HORRIBLE CONDITIONS
A Christian who genuinely gave his life to Chris and still lives in the way described above is said to be carnal. He endeavours yo live by rules and will not give himself by faith to the Holy Spirit. The power of sin is still strong on him. Some of them try the good work approach to merit salvation. The work of the flesh is obvious in the. Despite their show of high morality and religious lifestyles.

Unfortunately, people are influenced by the passions, desires, appetites and senses of the flesh instead of listening to the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. That type of person understands the physical, but can not perceive the spiritual. Every human being is carnal, that is, mortal, due to the Fall of Adam and Eve, and must be reborn through the atonement of Jesus Christ to stop being a natural man.
