GOD HAS NOT CHANGED.

There is no how God cannot call you without telling you why he called you and what assignment he has for you.

Today as pastors and church workers in God’s economy you are not only to be a blessing to others; you are to be blessed of God. It is true that you are faced with a lot of challenging situations and tasks; yet, God has designed a program wherein we can remain blessed all the days of our life. And these are tied around knowing why we are in the ministry and what we are expected to do

The primary assignment to every called man or woman of God is to make disciples. Matthew 4:17-19; 28:18-20

A. If you lost the burden of going after sinners to win their souls for Christ you have no ministry for Christ at all.

B. Jesus never gives up on seeking for the lost sinners. In John 4:6, we are told; He become tired of tracking and seeking for sinners to the point He cannot walk again.

But when he saw a woman who is in need of salvation, he forgot himself and starts to preach to her. Listen to what he told his disciples. John 4:27-30; 9:4-5.

How committed are you as a Christian in making sure souls are saved and brought into the kingdom of God?. If you are waiting until people come to church, you are not doing your work. Maybe you did not understand your ministry.

God rewards labour. If you are not laborious in the ministry you can never receive God’s payment for those who labored for him. Proverb 10:4; 14:11,23; 22,29

i. You must be committed to studying and praying for your spiritual enrichment so that you can function well in your place of calling in the ministry.

Jeremiah. 3:15;
Acts 6: 2-7.
Acts 20:28.

ii. If you are a pastor that lack message, you will lack food on your table. Nothing can take the place of sound and balance bible preaching and teaching.

iii. As a spiritual father you are there to care for every member and teach them with love to love God indeed

Isaiah 40:11,
John 10:4-5;

iv. As a watch man you have to always hear from God.

Isaiah 62:6,
Ezekiel 3:17,
Hebrews. 13:17

You should make sure there are solid group prayers going on in the church that will help to dislodge all the demonic forces fighting to keep sinners from repenting and joining the church. The same spiritual forces are making sure church members will not take the word of God serious or contribute for the growth of the church.

It is by organized prayers that demonic forces are dislodged and banished.

III. THOSE OF YOU IN A COUNTRY SIDE MINISTRY.

A. If you lack the ability to pray and mobilize members to pray, you are like an idle civilian in the war front.

B. The ministry of the pastor does not end in the church. He must make sure the community where he operates feels the impact of his ministry.

God promised not only to bless you as a pastor he wants to use you to bless others.
Jesus was a blessing to his generation.

John. 8:12,
John 9:5,
Acts 10:38

Remember God has not called us to disappointment or to disgrace us. But to bless us and use us to bless this generation beginning from our various families, local, churches and places where we are.

God has made available every grace tools you will ever need to be a success. Go in this might.

GOD IS A REWARDS THEM THAT DILIGENTLY WORK FOR HIM.
