UNITY FOR THE GLORIFICATION OF THE LORD

Be rejoice in the Lord for our lives and strength for this brightest day!

We must continue to preach and be the doers of the good news which food for our souls so that at the end we will have salvation.

“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me."(John 17:20-21)

The Gospel of trinity leaves us with a good moral lessons that among the God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit; there is one oneness that work together.

We also have it that one of the fundamental principles underlying Christian worship is maintaining the unity of the body; in others words, maintaining unity among us or the church!

Where there is always unity, there is peace and stability prevailing there. This is viewed in all manners of human life. Not only do we need unity in the Church, but also outside the Church premises, since Christianity encompasses the behaviours that are demonstrated outside the Church.

The Church acts as a sacred place where good morals are received to be demonstrated outside its environment, that with people that we meet and live with. Our classmates, our tenants, our Land Lords, our co-workers, our brothers and sisters, our visitors and many other people that we find ourselves with. These are people that we should share love of unity with them.

The Church would experience tremendous growth and change if individual Christians should put themselves together. This unity must first seen in we Christians, we are the eye of the World, that people see us and emulate the good morals received from the sacred place. We are the graphics that people read and deduce meaning. If among we Christians, we cannot maintain unity, then where can unity be achieved- We hold the mouth peace of unity; that the Gospel itself is unity.

In our work place, houses, station, market, and every where we are found; we should see that sense of unity in us. The unity should not be expressed among we Christians alone, but others who are not in our company too, this will let them see that we have been filled with the love of Jesus Christ too.

Brethren, we shall appear before the Our Lord Jesus and render accounts to him of what we used our bodies for, whether good or bad, and unity is one of the elements Jesus Christ is looking for. Be blessed, and let's celebrate that we Parishioners have united, Amen!
