I remembered these days, when I was a child. When I did not know the answers to an exam in elementary school, I used to look up at the ceiling. What once a professor exhorted me to ask myself: will it be that they will throw the answer from the roof? hahahahaha, Obviously it would not happen, at that time I was not looking for help from above, it was more than a habit Adopted unconsciously. But that question always came back to me every time I looked at the ceiling during an exam.
When I met Jesus Christ and was aware that yes I can get answers from above. Looking and observing Christ has become more and more the source of my daily walk! And it is precisely what the apostle Paul invites us to do with his words.

When we do not know an answer, the ideal is to look and observe God.
Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
Colossians 3: 1
It is as if Paul was saying that the way to follow to grow in holiness is not to do anything or counseling of any person, but in that our compass points constantly towards the north, towards Jesus Christ.
There are many things we can do or investigate to make sense of our lives. But what is the meaning of your life to you? The Bible states that we can find the meaning of our life only if we enter into a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ:
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
John 17: 3
If you are a new believer, it is likely that the experiences you are having with God will encourage you to believe more in God that guides your life, what gives you the concrete and correct answers, when the questions and situations of difficulty confront us.

God will ask you to trust him even in areas where it becomes increasingly difficult to do so. Like when God asked Abraham to sacrifice the only child he had finally received, after decades of faithful hope that the promise of God would come true.
God leaves us the option, but if Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, if Jesus Christ is our life, we can not help but follow the example of Abraham and follow God, who is now seated at the right hand of the Father as our King and Lord.
When we communicate with the father through Jesus Christ and we ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to us the whole truth, we will walk with confidence and the difficult moments in which we will have confidence.
