Let's Unite and Build The STEEMCHURCH blockchain TOGETHER: A fervent call on all parishioners.

PREAMBLE

There is not as strong, good and dangerous, as UNITY. In fact what cannot be achieved by too many people who are not united, can be achieved by just a few set of folks that are UNITED in both heart and mind.

Indeed there is no limitation to what UNITY can do, this is x-ray in the Bible where the people tried to build a tower called Babel as see in Genesis 11: 1-6

New International Version
Now the whole world had one language and a common speech.

New Living Translation
At one time all the people of the world spoke the same language and used the same words.

Needless of employing other translations because the main theme of the discourse which is UNITY/ONENESS, is captured in all the Translations. Going by this, I will stick to the the New Living Translation.

Before I move to the second verse of the Chapter, I have seen that the people that occupied the face of the earth back then had one language. Hence, I'm still trying to figure out how just one language spread throughout the entire earth that it was spoken and understood by all. Indeed, I guess that I wouldn't be wrong in saying that Language is a weapon that can protect or BREAK.

In view of this, the steemchurch blockchain has many parishioners but I'm not certain that all the parishioners speak on Language like the people in Genesis, I stand to be corrected. When I talk about Language, I'm not considering the Ibibio, Chinese, Latin, French or English Language. I'm rather referring to the Language of winning souls for Christ, nothing more, nothing less.

Verse 2. As the people migrated to the east, they found a plain in the land of Babylonia and settled there. New Living Translation

So far we Christians have surfed the all the social media and steemit and we noticed a plain land which was discovered by a humble Leader @sirkinight and like Babylonia, he called us all to settle here at @steemchurch.

3.They began saying to each other, “Let’s make bricks and harden them with fire.” (In this region bricks were used instead of stone, and tar was used for mortar.)
4.Then they said, “Come, let’s build a great city for ourselves with a tower that reaches into the sky. This will make us famous and keep us from being scattered all over the world.”
5.But the LORD came down to look at the city and the tower the people were building.
6.“Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them!
7.Come, let’s go down and confuse the people with different languages. Then they won’t be able to understand each other.”
8.In that way, the LORD scattered them all over the world, and they stopped building the city.

I imagine that the steemchurch founder, just like in verse 3 of that Genesis had called on every parishioner to come join in building of this great tower called steemchurch so that we could sharpen one another and admonish each other with Hymns and Spiritual songs just as the Scriptures has clearly stated in Colossi ans 3:16

Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.

So far, I must confess that ever since I joined this great family @steemchurch, my Spiritual life has been drastically improved upon because I carry out personal research on the Scripture almost everyday. As such, I think that it is very ideal for us to bring the bricks together through our post and build the steemchurch together so that we may not scatter throughout the face of the earth. Remember that If we don't build together, we would soon be torn apart.

Finally, let us not be ignorant of the fact that unlike in Genesis where God came down to stop the completion of the tower, the devil is roaming around like a roaring lion seeking for whom to devour, seeking for ways to frighten us or perhaps is looking for a place to plant seed of confusion and discord. Yet I'm sure that with God on our side, the @steemchurch would move forward and the gate of hell shall not prevail against any of our members/parishioners in Jesus name, amen.

WAY FORWARD FOR THE STEEMCHURCH

If the steemchurch must progress, I guess the following should be done.

Steemchurch members should try their possible best to make at least one post in a day.

Members who could not make a full fleshed post, could at least upvote a post or post(s) and as well make invaluable comments on the post by other steemchurch parishioners.

I guess it won't be a sin if parishioners visit/worship in another parish of steemchurch like @sc-n @sc-g @sc-v @steemchurch Philippians and @christian-trail, to mention but a view. I won't explain any further cause I know that the Spirit would guide your thought.

Let us encourage brethren that are yet to fellowship with the virtual church @steemchurch, @sc-n @sc-g @sc-v @steemchurch Philippians and @christian-trail to please do so.

Hence, when new converts join us, let old members extend their RIGHT HAND OF FELLOWSHIP to them through comments, upvotes and resteeming their posts, stating forth with the introductory post.

May all Glory and Honour be unto God, the Lord Almighty who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light through His dear son Jesus.
