Jesus gave it all for you

There never existed in the world someone who gave his life to save that of so many people without any reason only love.

There were many heroes throughout history but none like Him, because only HE suffered so much and gave his whole life, even though many of them hated him, and even today they still hate him.

He was judged unjustly, he did not commit a crime, and no sin was found in him, but he was treated as the worst criminal in history, on whether I bear the weight and sins of all of us and by his wounds have been healthy.

The one who was taken as a sheep to the slaughterhouse, endured what no man in our present could endure, extreme pain, mockery, beatings and insults, an innocent man was sentenced to die in the worst way, but He decided to do so out of love to the chosen ones and to all the rest of humanity.

In his death many find life, the history of the world was divided at that time, a new stage has been born since then, and He is the trust, inspiration, strength and faith of many.

With Him we find life, the life we lost in a world of pleasures, vices and sins; death was behind us and joy seemed to be extinct, but He was the light that illuminated the world, it was the door that took us from pain to joy, it was the path that led us to God.

In his hands and feet are the marks of pain and love for humanity, his suffering and pain, made us meet God, he suffered what we deserved, and although many despise him he died for all, he only did it for love.

What we could not achieve in our forces, he achieved it on the cross, Jesus gave his life for you and for me, He gave everything, so you can be saved, but many do not know him, others prefer to follow in their vices, and others doubt and make others doubt; but Jesus is real and his death was real, history confirms it and the testimonies of people who accepted him in his heart demonstrate to him that Jesus continues to touch and change the lives of many people, and that only HE continues to be the way of truth and life.

Just enough to pray believing, with faith the heart and confess Christ as your Lord and Savior and he will do something new in you, He will restore what seems lost to you, he will give life to those forgotten dreams, He will change that broken heart and full of hate for a new one full of love and joy, just let him enter your life today.

Why should we love Jesus?

IMAGINE that you are going on a ship that is sinking. Would you like someone to save you? ... What if the person gave his life to rescue you? ... Well, that's what Jesus did. He gave his life as a ransom to save us.

Of course, it is not that Jesus saved us from drowned. Do you remember what saves us? ... From the sin and death that we all inherited from Adam. Even though some people have done very bad things, Jesus also died for them. Would you risk your life to try to save people like that? ...

The Bible says: "Hardly anyone dies for a righteous man; in fact, for the good man, perhaps, someone even dares to die. " But it also explains that Jesus "died for the ungodly", for people who do not even serve God. The Bible adds that "while we were still sinners", that is, while we were still doing bad things, "Christ died for us" (Romans 5: 6-8).

Do you remember who did very bad things before being an apostle? ... It was someone who wrote: "Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners. Of these I am the most remarkable. " That person was the apostle Paul. He said that at one time he had been 'foolish' and had been 'occupied with evil' (1 Timothy 1:15, Titus 3: 3).

Think of how much love God showed in sending his Son to die for such bad people. Take, please, your Bible and read what John says, chapter 3, verse 16: "God so loved the world [that is, the people who live on Earth] that he gave his only begotten Son, so that all the who exercises faith in him is not destroyed, but has eternal life. "

Jesus showed that he loved us as much as his Father. You may remember that in chapter 30 of this book we saw the mistreatment he suffered the night he was arrested. First they took him to the house of the high priest Caiaphas, where they judged him. They brought false witnesses who told lies about him, and people punched him. That was when Pedro denied that he knew him. Now imagine that we are there and see what happens next.

Morning arrives Jesus has been awake all night. As the trial held at night has not been legal, the priests quickly assemble the Sanhedrin, or supreme Jewish court, and hold another trial. In this they accuse Jesus again of sinning against God.

Next, the priests send Jesus to bind and lead him to Pilate, the Roman governor. They tell him: 'Jesus is against the government. Must die'. But Pilate understands that the priests are lying, so he replies: 'I do not see that this man has done anything wrong. I'm going to set him free. ' Then the priests and other people shout: 'No, kill him!'

Later, Pilate repeats to the people who are going to set Jesus free. But the priests make the crowd shout: 'If you let him go, you are also against the government. Kill him! ' People scream louder and louder. Do you know what Pilate does? ...

Let them get away with it. First he orders Jesus to be whipped and then he gives it to the soldiers to kill him. They put a crown of thorns on him and bow before him to make fun of him. Then they give him a piece of wood to carry him on his back to a place outside the city called Lugar del Cráneo. There they put their hands and feet on the tree and then they raise the tree so that Jesus is hanging on it. The wounds bleed him, and he feels a lot of pain.

But Jesus does not die right away. First he suffers for a long time on the wood. Meanwhile, the main priests mock him, and the people who pass by shout: "If you are a child of God, come down from the torture tree!". But Jesus knows that his Father has sent him with a purpose: to give his perfect life so that we can live forever. Finally, about three in the afternoon, Jesus cries out to his Father and dies (Matthew 26: 36-27: 50, Mark 15: 1, Luke 22: 39-23: 46, John 18: 1-19: 30) .

How different Jesus was from Adam! Adam did not show love to God, because he disobeyed him. Nor did he show that he loved human beings, because because of his sin we are all born sinners. But Jesus did show love both to God and to humanity. He always obeyed God and gave his life to repair all the damage that Adam did to us.

Do you realize how wonderful it was that Jesus did? ... When you pray to God, do you thank him for sending us his Son? ... The apostle Paul thanked what Christ did. He said that the Son of God 'loved him and gave himself up for him' (Galatians 2:20). Jesus died also for you and me. He gave his perfect life for us to live eternally. Without a doubt, it is a good reason for us to love him.

The apostle Paul wrote to the Christians of the city of Corinth: "The love of Christ compels us". What do you think that forces us? Look at what Paul answers: "Christ died for all, so that all may live for him. They must live to please Christ, not themselves "(italics, 2 Corinthians 5:14, 15, New Life Version).

Can you think of ways to show that you live to please Christ? ... One way is, for example, to tell other people what you have learned from him. Or imagine the following: you are alone, neither your mother nor your father nor any other human being observes you. Will you go to watch television programs or websites that you know Jesus would not like? ... Remember that Jesus is alive and sees everything we do.
