God gave us first, is our model in giving and receiving

John was one of the many who could experience the love of God, the Bible says that he lay down in his chest for that many call him the apostle of love, understanding John the immense love of God, he said:
"Because God so loved us that he has given his only son so that everyone who believes in him may not be lost but may have eternal life" (John 3.16)
He gave himself for love, without reproaching anything he simply did for love
Do you find it hard to believe that you should expect to receive a reciprocal gift for what you have given? Read again these remarkable verses and note the following things:
"because God so loved" the only thing that motivated God to "give" was the genuine, constant, infallible, inalienable and eternal love for men
"that he has given" Because of the essence of his unconditional love, his love was transformed into an act of giving, he gave without condition giving all his love to a sinful humanity
"to his only begotten son" ¡ the best he had God gave the best he could give! to the only perfec.........
God gave for a specific reason: to recover the human being from the power of satan, the deepest desire of God is to restore the human being to himself, and in order to realize that purpose he gave his son
What is your need?
Your act of bearing fruit of your deepest love and your firmest faith is the key to your satisfaction
God gave sacrificially, our salvation cost Jesus his life, it also costs us: complete repentance and dedication of our life to God
God's plan is perfect and if it works, people are saved because God gave the best of himself, because first he gave and then received
¡God himself is our model in giving ... and in receiving!
Very good reflection @xiore God is our greatest example, he gave his unigenite child without measuring the pain or suffering and he did it only for love, his act of giving was the most sublime act of an unprecedented fruit
We must also give our best to our Lord
Jesus gave us the best, he entrusted himself for love of us and thus free us from eternal damnation
