Fishing for men's souls

God places value on souls. God wants us to place high value on souls too. God wants you to be equipped to enable you to win more souls.
Few are called to be preachers or evangelists but every born again Christian is called to be Fisher of men. Every born again child of God has the opportunity to deal individually and personally with men's souls. Fishing for souls is a definite effort to lead a sinner or a definite person to accept Christ as saviour and lord at a definite time. Andrew brought Peter to Christ (John 1:41-42). You too may be the means of bringing a future world preacher to Christ. Why not start today?
Jesus demonstrate his desire for all souls to be saved. He began with a form of personal evangelism with Peter and his brother Andrew with James and John. Verse 18-22. This soon developed into mass evangelism where great multitude followed him. Verse 25. Perhaps his divine ability to heal the sick, the possessed., the lunatics, the palsy and all manners of diseases was one of the things that attracted people to him.
However, there must have been other grace upon him which drew Peter and Andrew, James and John, after all these were not sick. The secret must have been his passion for lost souls. You too can develop such passion even when you cannot heal.

Because there are great rewards for souls winners in heaven. Daniel 12:3
Every unsaved soul will end in hell fire. Revelations 20:15
These are some of the reasons why a true born againChristian or child of God must fish for souls. They are lots more.

To be a Fisher of men you need to be;
. Be born again. John 3:16
. Be compassionate for souls or else you will be quickly discouraged. Matthew 9:36
. Be prayerful to overcome obstacles. Ephesians 6:18
. Be knowledgeable in the scriptures.
James 1:5
. Be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Etc.

• you will wear the soul winner's crown 👑. Phil. 4:1, 1 Thess. 2:19

To win soul is a task that must be done, we must win souls. Jesus won souls, we too must win souls.
