POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE CHANGE

Right from the day that Lucifer's fought against His creator, everything fell under two lines, that is: good and bad, fake and genuine, right and wrong,black and White, positive and negative, divine and satanic, true and false etc. The positive has the other side of it,while the negative takes the opposite side. Every genuine currency has its counterfeit.

Positive change falls under those changes that give glory and honour to God, the creator. (1cor 10:31)
"Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God". God demands his portion, which is his glory in everything we do. Other than that, such is a negative action. God does not accept any positive thing from any mortal, except such accepts Christ, God's son as Lord and savior of his or her life. Whenever we tell an unbeliever to fear and reverence God, it is just like sowing a dead seeds and expect an harvest which is impossible.

The Angel asked Mary Magdalene," why do you seek a living among the dead? He is not here, He is risen. Many ministers preach moral messages to a mixed fold making them feel so good,without first transforming them with the gospel of repentance and regeneration. This is done at where the pastor himself is not truly born again. He is also a moralist, who tries to make people good, which is impossible.

Are you a believer of Christ Jesus,born again?(John 3:3-5) God expects you to bear positive fruits,worthy in character (Matt 3:10). This cannot be possible if your inside is not transformed and sanctified at the same time. "Marvel not that I say unto thee,you must be born again(John 3:7).
" And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God "(Rom 12:2) Note: if one is not transformed, he is conformed or reformed,which is human effort. It can't bring out the righteousness of God, it's man or Satan.

Therefore as a Christian, your words, deeds, pursuit, life,food, drink,adornment, responses, desire, marriage, business, sources of money, relationship etc must show positive change. Such that God will take glory,men be challenged and edified. Such actions that do not bring shame to God or cause people to blaspheme his name.

NEGATIVE CHANGE: This is not far fetched. Jesus, in one of his beatitudes said in Matt 7:13-14." Enter ye in at the strait or narrow gate;for wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leaded to destruction, and many there be which go in there; because straight is the gate which and narrow is the way which leaded unto life,and few there be that find or see it."

A very good percentage of the world population is enjoying their pilgrimage on the broad street. There will be great disappointment and surprise on the last day. No one detects his or her way for God. It's either you walk his way or not. This negative change is rapidly flooding the church from the world today. They are:ego displayed,inferiority complex, financial competition, funny behaviour, compromise, indecent dressing that exposes all sensitive parts of one's body and entices the opposite sex. Christ in his teaching in Mtt 13:41,says,"the son of man shall send forth his angels and they shall gather out of his kingdom of all things that offend or cause people to fall, and them which do iniquity".

Have you ever caused anyone to fall because of your dressing, how you look, or your act of enticement,extreme greed,love for money than God, use of tithes,unfaithfulness, malice, gossip, pride, disrespect, hatred, lies, selfishness, abortion, fornication,cheating, insult,schism, drunkenness, killing, stealing, kidnapping, divorce, fighting, cultism,bribery,insinuation, hypocrisy and so on.

If you find yourself in any of these,you are trekking in the broad way that leads to destruction. Your argument on these can't change the truth and the standard of God. Either you fall in line with his standard or you fall below it.

Positive change will bring you before positive men, while negative change will present you before the negative ones.
So watch out! And live a Christ-like positive life...!!
