Each week I offer a Golden Ticket reward to visitors at Steemhost.com. Selected hosts have a banner ad with a 1 steem reward:

as a visitor you will receive 1 steem power delegation (depending upon the time the next day).
Due to the restrictions of the delegation process, you need to have a minimum of 1 steem in order for a delegation to be triggered.
