Seems like a great product for the use of IoT. However, I still feels like this product still have a lot of improvement can be done. Cuz nowadays smart plug is more and more common, I guess this has an advantages in terms of pricing and smart charging protection.

I’m sorry, comments like these are just too low value, especially given the vast amount of comments daily.
Things like:
... just don’t make sense. You post too much of that stuff. We have tolerated it for a while because sometimes the comments were “edge case” acceptable. But it’s been enough.
It’s been too much noise, too little value for too long. As such you have been blacklisted for 30 days for abusing our comment upvote system by trying to milk it, milk it because lack of added value.
