We all know that some times our life gets stressful right well this is the new meditation app in the market which claim to help you relax.
It bundles lots of music tracks like classical music and soothing whispering sounds. The interface of the app is simple just plug in the ear phones & select the audio track to relax.
Whenever you feel like you can't study anymore or you brain just need some time to process things & relax go give it a shot.

Extremely relaxing and calming. I could listen all day. I live with pain through out my body and heart ache. Let it go is my got to place. Thank you for sharing this wonderful app.
I'm just starting to use this app, but I'm impressed with the variety and quality of sounds and combinations. I've been looking for something like this for quite a while.
I have used several different sleep meditation apps and Minus is the best. The selections are many and absolutely soothing, peaceful, restful and work fantastically. I think you will agree

Recently my girlfriend and I have changed the alarm sound, it is important to wake up with a smooth sound rather than "ALERT, ALERT".
It's important to be relaxed in any activity that you are doing and for what I see this app has a lot of good options. I read some weeks ago that listening to videogame music is a great way to complete tasks (studying, working). After all, that kind of music is designed with that purpose.
