Wallpaper engine is cool application that enhances the user's desktop experience by bringing it to life. On short notice Wallpaper Engine allows you to change you background to animated backgrounds. You can use the default ones that come with the Wallpaper Engine, download and use any background created by other users that are using it, or create your own.
Why Wallpaper Engine and not something else, you can bet there are other things that can do similar things.
- it has higher quality backgrounds
- longer animations/clips
- it allows sounds on animations/clips
- it doesn't use much resources (memory/cpu)
- it has way too many backgrounds
