Today i hunt a chrome application named as Gmail Offline which allow to acces to your mails, you can read your emails even you are offline and also you can compose a mail when you are offline and sent it when internet connection is available.
How To Use
To start Offline Gmail after installing, open a new tab in Chrome; In the new tab pane you will see a Gmail Offline Icon. Click on the icon, and Offline Gmail will load.

Well, an extension from gmail that you can read mails when you are offline. Because if you want to see the mails from your gmail, you will need an internet to see all the mails. This could help them if they don't have any internet connection.
