Here is a website that gives you tool to have full control over what you write. I know that quite a number of steemians are involved in writing contest that demand certain word limits, and not everyone blog with PC. On personal computer, your word processor will display word counts, you don't have such privilege on phone. But the good news is that, you now have a great web tool at your disposal. Stop counting words manually!

Word Count: it tells users how many words they have type, not limited to this, it tells you number of characters too.
Readability: with simple program, this website will tell you how easy your post is to readers.
No Sign Up: you do not have to sign up, using it does not require any of your personal details. Just copy your content and past it.
Extra Word Count: this gives analysis about paragraph, syllable per word, difficult words, polysyllabic words, monosyllabic words, syllables, number of sentences and unique words.
Length Statistics: it will pick out the longest sentence and tell you its percent with respect to overall post or article. Also, all words containing longest syllables would be picked out. This is important so you can make necessary amendments as writer/blogger.
Reading Time: This functionality will tell you about approximate number of minutes that it will take readers to read your writeup, silently or aloud.
Keyword Density: this is useful to SEO content writers or bloggers who are always optimising their blogs. This tool enable user to know how many times a word was repeated in the entire article or blog post. You can use it for two and three words too, to check how many times they appeared and percent of such words with respect to entire writeup.
