This app has a simple interface and shows a slider when you tap that app using that you can then adjust the screen color. If you want to reduce the blue light then you can just toggle the particular filter off.

For an dollar and ninety nine cents dimly removes the ads and lets you schedule the start time.

It also has a really a really cool feature which is shake to restore brightness you can use that if the brightness of the screen doesn't seem right.
