Before i describe it, i want to say that free version available on Google play store.
It will help you to Automatically skip youtube ads to come back the video which you are watching, Mute youtube ads sound, and it's Count Youtube time watched.

I don't know if it is according to YouTube use policy because ads are their source of income.
