I like the story you can build with this tool and the fact it has a selection of different message types is great, however, I think this will be a nightmare if you need to manage this in life. This is drag and drop builder allows to you to build non-linear dialogues and from my experience, there is a large number of businesses struggling with managing bots via this drag and drop method, mainly because they're hard to adjust in life. With that said the overall goal for this product could be argued to be slightly different and the scalability issues do differ considerably depending on the use case you're building, so you could get away for small projects. The UI is nice and looks really slick, I would be interested to see this using a more guided natural language approach rather than really fixing the user in with buttons, the buttons do however guide the user and make sure they find out exactly what you want them too. I ran through the initial landing page and did read and understand what they're about, so the method they're using did provide me with some benefit.

Anyway nice hunt and I think you'll see a lot of conversational led websites in the future, whether it's using the method shown here or another, they're coming.
