I would like to introduce you an app for online chatting and dating.
I use this app and I am glad of it.
You can see other members near to you and also you can see the distance.
If you will go to another city, you can change your location and you can see who will be there. (I do this one very often)
You can send them message, make video chat, stream and watch streamers.
It is available on desktop, on the Applestore and also on the Playstore.
It is free of charge and its size is 239.5 MB.

I also used Badoo before and it is a good app for online chatting, as you mentioned you can also see your distance between the other uses.
