The answer is very simple, you may use the app for development purposes for your own application or for the greater good. The app is very simple to use, but it takes a little higher level for understanding the settings, the UI and so on.
Why does it really work?/Why Should you choose this App?
There are already many gps spoofing applications exists in the google play store, some worked but only on Google Maps, because of security and updates. The app lets you know why the app wont work, because you need to downgrade a specific application by following a few instructions.
Does it work in PokemonGo?
Of course yes. But its like gambling your acc.
