Impact Vision is a system which scans food in real time with a special camera and the use of machine learning, which allows for analytics such as freshness of food, and the presence of foreign objects.
This will save food processing companies a lot of money while also taking out any human error. Food safety is very important and taking away any human error will mean a better product for the end consumer.
A great innovation that will benefit both businesses and the end consumer!

It is an excellent way of checking food products before consumption. Sometimes, we cannot find out if the food is fresh or not and in that case, we need this tech will be a great help.
Exactly it is useful for business as well as for customer, moreover helpful for scanning food. I never heard such kind of application before. Its like killing two birds with one stone.
