It is an automatic system that gives support to the clients, it is used basically to manage the claims process that the clients could present, very simple for its use where it compiles orderly, and in a prudent way the generated tickets via mail or virtual form, managing and keeping the requirements of each case allowing access to them at any time and showing the history that accompanies it.
OS ticket, work between easy stage:
- Clients generate in tickets through a web, mail, telephone or a mobile application.
- These tickets are archived and with a specific coding they are assigned to the different areas according to the requirement, so that the claims arrive at the indicated site to give a solution.
- Subsequently, the person in charge of the area where the claim arrives gives support or help to the client, then he will give the answer in the same way.
- The main concept being to provide quick response, as well as to see in the system, the status of the complaints or consultation that has been made.
Requirement of the Osticket
To install this system it is necessary to have PHP 4.3 or Superior and MSqL 4.4 Superior.
If our team has a minimum requirement, the osticket can be installed easily.
